The facility operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by prior reservation and can accommodate helicopters up to 18 metres in size and 8.3 tonnes maximum landing weight.

Dubai Helipark supports a wide range of helicopter types across Performance Classes 1, 2 and 3, including aircraft such as the AW139, AW169, AW189, H145, Bell 412, Bell 429, Bell 505, Airbus H125 and H130.It also offers eight operational helicopter parking positions, one dedicated maintenance stand, and is fully equipped for both day and night operations.

The GCAA HCR was issued on 1 October 2026.

With certified helicopter operations now in place, Falcon Executive Aviation is expanding connectivity at Dubai World Central and creating a more seamless travel experience for passengers moving between air travel, Dubai and the wider UAE.
